Plumbing services by Elmer’s AC, Plumbing and Heating in San Antonio, Texas

Larry and Tony came by yesterday morning as scheduled. Both gentlemen were friendly and professional. They completed a water heater flush for both of our water heaters. Larry and Tony did a great job walking me through everything and explained the process to me. They even provided information on options that I could consider in the event I wanted to replace the electric water heaters with gas water heaters. Thank you for the prompt and professional service Larry and Tony.

I have not used this company personally but my neighbor did on July 3rd 2019. I had to write this review just because of the dedication they showed to getting the job done. The photo included was taken at 12:20 am July 4th. The technicians did not leave until 1:00 am when they had completed their work. I felt obligated to post this as anyone who would work until those hours of the night to make sure the customer would have AC when her family arrived the next day for the 4th of July celebration deserves a little credit. I will be giving them my business next time I need plumbing or AC work.

I can not say enough wonderful things about Elmer's On Time Plumbing. They are professional, prompt, and friendly. Both of my experiences have been with Jacob. Jacob is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He explained every step of the work he was doing, and provided before and after photos to illustrate their work and it's importance. Jacob is a fantastic representative of Elmer's and the work they do. Elmer's is worth every penny. They stand behind their work.
