Good luck just getting something as simple as a quote out of this company. I called them for a quote for a modest water softener and water heater replacement project. Not a big nor complicated project, but for me, it's not a small sum. I made the appointment and one of their plumbing team arrived on time and did his inspection in order to give me a quote in writing. It took a modest amount of time for the onsite visit...so far so good. The plumber spends some time in his truck doing what I thought was the work-up. That actually took an annoyingly longish amount of time, but I'm not put off just yet. When he comes back to the house, he gives me verbal price with nothing on any letter head or official document. He scribbled down some numbers on a torn off sheet of paper and handed it to me telling me that the head office will be emailing me an official quote later that day. That was on January 10th, 2020. As of this writing, I have followed up with them at least 4 times and have received nothing. So, draw your own conclusion.

I would NOT recommend these plumbers. Quality is lacking big time. Faucets installed upside down. Handles turn Improperlty. Cold water with hot dial and vice versa. Very little attention to details!!!
