The plumbers are friendly, knowledgeable & you can trust them to give good advice & do the job right. Josh & Albert fixed my problems quickly & offered valuable recommendations. Don't work with warranty with this company!!! Until they get their foot in your house they lie that your warranty coverage pays for labor and won't be rude. Once you let them diagnose and fix with factory warranty, they don't work with the manufacturer! They disagreed with them for some reason after I believed it would be covered and demanded me to pay for the labor. The general manager turned into a nightmare on the phone. Started to send legal threats until the money is paid on site, won't even agree to give me 15 minutes so I can figure things out. It was over 200. I should have paid a new unit. To be honest it only took them less than 45 minutes to fix and deal with the whole thing. I didn't even waste their time. I hate arguing and getting in stressful disputes so it was worth me paying to avoid these bullies. This business is now a legal scam! 250 labor for 45 minutes?! Please avoid them at all cost, TAKE MY ADVISE!
