We reached out to Devlin as the previous owner had used them. While the dispatcher did not question the extent of work we were requesting total bath remodel, Preston showed up on time and did a thorough diagnosis of what was needed. He was extremely knowledgeable and worked diligently given the circumstances. Very pleasant demeanor and customer oriented. The job was completed on time and within the quoted price. Other than the office person not asking more questions about the work being requested I would not hesitate to use Devlin again.

Very professional and nice to deal with. They helped with getting the water shut off and did a great job with the installation. Joey was great to deal with as was everyone I spoke to at Devlin. High recommend these folks for any plumbing needs.... I'll use them again.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Devlin. Our hot water heater went out and I checked reviews on Google and decided to call. Sharon in the office was extremely polite and friendly. She got someone out to us the same day. The person who came was John G and we hit the jackpot with him! John is nice, personable AND extremely knowledgeable about his work. Our job was tough due to an old installation that was not done correctly 10 years ago.John got us up to code and the hot water is flowing again! Someone else may have been able to do the job but the reason we will be calling Devlin again is because John made our bad situation seem like such a nice experience!!
