Amazing service and attention to detail. Needed emergency help on a Sunday and was getting nowhere with another service company to whom I was referred. I called Roto Rooter and got a LIVE person on the other end who was polite, friendly and professional. This was followed up by email & phone with an onsite visit within an hour of my call. The technician was amazing, very knowledgeable, able to assess the situation and offer a solution without overselling. We had a new water heater installed in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend this group!

Blew expectation out of the water. Russ not only performed a through inspection he took the time to teach me. From now on I will recommend a sewer scope to all of my clients. The technicians were awesome! Would highly recommend Russ! The ladies who answered the phone and set up the appointments were also great. The manager was less than great. He's lucky to have such great people working with him because he is rude and disorganized.
