After receiving multiple quotes from different companies, I decided to give Mr. Rooter most expensive a chance. I'd called Mr.Rooter to have my water heater inspected. The inspectors informed me that I needed to replace my water heater to fix the problem. Matt sent me a quote of 1280 to replace a water heater and some items. After replacing it, I am still having the same issues that I started with... it's still leaking. I called Matt about the problem and he basically said "I replaced the water heater and it's not my problem anymore". I am upset because I trusted Mr.Rooter to get the job done. I've spent my hard working money on this company and the people that represents it made me loose all the credibility I had for this company. If you are trying to have your problem solve don't use these guys. I will be contacting corporate.

I had a horrible backup emergency, when i called within 20-30 minutes they had someone come out! The guy that came was awesome! He flushed out the pipes with this small pressure washer type machine. Poor guy spent a couple hours on it and never gave up. We learned the way the pipe turned made it hard to get the hose. He got it though! Will be using them for all future calls! Thank you guys so much!
