Jim Nichols	DO NOT USE THEM! Not only did they do a very half-assed job, they RIPPED US OFF! Every five minutes, the "technician"--really just an old, feeble guy--would walk out to his truck for a smoke break. And then they charged us for the time! Also, they purposely did rodding that did not need to be done just so they could jack up the price more. A COMPLETE RIP OFF! I've lived in Elgin my whole life 50 years and have never, ever had a worse experience with any company--ever. You have been warned!
