Woke up this morning to what we thought was a skunk smell, but we immediately panicked as it began to smell more like rotten eggs, gas-like, and it was all over the house. We called Nicor Gas for an emergency visit and they detected two gas leaks in the pipes of our water heater. BUT, the source of the smell was not that. It was truly a skunk that dug a hole under our doorstep. We call Advantage Plumbing and scheduled an appointment right away to fix the gas leaks. Mark arrives promptly and with the friendliest demeanor! He assessed the issue quickly, explained exactly what he was going to do before doing it, and completed the job very efficiently. He was also very open to general questions that we asked him about other plumbing services. Mark was so nice and professional. If we ever need plumbing services again, we are asking for Mark! And many thanks to that skunk, because we may have never found the leak before it become more serious, and we may have never met Mark! Thank you, Mark!

Brian came out on 12-hours notice to complete a Water Heater Repair that multiple plumbers & contractors wouldn't consider due to spacing. He arrived on time, assessed the projected & determined that he could do it. His pricing was fair and he was a great person to interact with. He was assisted by Justin.
