Plumbing services by The Home Depot in Castle Rock, Colorado

Worst experience ever. We set up an order to be delivered and on the day of delivery the order never showed up. We called multiple times and was told the delivery was on its way. Nope. I called the next day and was told that the delivery had actually been moved to a week later because they didn't have drivers. This was never communicated to us. We ended up renting a truck which Home Depot did pay for but then couldn't get help loading the truck like we were told we would have. Other customers were kind enough to help us out.

It's tough to complete a project without at least two trips to the hardware store, luckily home Depot generally has whatever needed so it's just one store and not several trying to find that one part. I have also been pretty pleased when asking questions as generally the people working the area have knowledge in whatever category, very helpful when trying to solve a plumbing problem! I've always been impressed with their paint matching ability and thankful that I can get a little fixit can and not have a glaringly obvious mismatch in the wall.

Had good stock, clean, very helpful employees except the one I asked for help that just blew me off saying, "i don't know that's not my department"and didn't even offer to call anyone or even help. Once I found another employee they were very helpful, walked me to what I was looking for etc.
