Rock Heating & Air Conditioning continues to impress! Their technicians are wonderful! I absolutely know I am receiving the best service with this family-owned company. Austin was the technician who performed regular maintenance service on 2 units today. I greatly appreciated receiving a phone call advising me Austin was ahead of schedule, and asking if he could arrive earlier than my appointment time. He was professional, friendly, and very thorough. He answered all my questions, offered suggestions, and made sure I was comfortable with the programming of my units. Overall, Austin / Rock Heating & Air Conditioning provided EXCELLENT customer service!

Very professional, highly knowledgeable and great value service. I contacted several other service providers and none offered free estimate and or offered really outrages estimates. Highly recommend this company and likely will be contacting them again for continued service maintenance. Zach Lujan was absolutely awesome! Educated us on what as wrong and prevention for future issues. He digitally sent us estimates and pictures for our records and was really great about explaining about the workings of the furnace. Was punctual and respectful to our needs. Would completely recommend in the future and would call him again for any of our needs.
