Tom is amazing! He was very upfront about everything he was doing and before he even began working he gave us a price for what the work would cost. He did the work quicker than I expected and was very pleasant throughout the entire exchange. We will be using him for all our plumbing needs in the future.

I would recommend Robert Sims. Came out to my house late into the night to troubleshoot my issue. He was through in his walk through of the problem. He was able to explain the situation in a way I could understand. He even can by on a Saturday to fix the problem so I didn't have to take off a day of work. If it was an emergency he would have stayed and fixed it but it wasn't. He even took the time to educate us on how to perform simple troubleshooting in case we experience same issue in further. Really easy to work with and got the job done quickly with high quality. Great job.

I called and told the receptionist what the problem was she couldn't give me any idea what it might cost when the plumber came and I told him the same thing I told her, he said it would cost 350 to take the toilet off and he said he couldn't guarantee that it would fix the problem and wouldn't break the toilet. This was before he even set foot in the bathroom. He offered to install a new toilet for around 575! It ended up costing us 75 for him to walk through the door, when they should have been able to give me the same info when I called. We won't be calling them for future needs.
