Worst service ever! I called and was given a time between 4-6pm. At 5:30 someone called me to say they were running behind. At 8pm I called them to see if they were still coming. Someone finally showed up at 8:20pm. He looked at the pipe and told me it was 356/hr but because it was late he couldn't go buy any parts at store and couldn't do anything. Useless. Left me with no water. Wasted my time waiting around for this company. Stay away.

The plumber came with very beat-up equipment that did not work well. Plumber spent about an hour just trying to use the motorized snake equipment, but finally tells me after about an hour that he will cut the snake shorter so to make the snake not kink. Total time used was an hour and 15 minutes counting from arriving at door to walking out the door with his equipment. I asked him whether he can eliminate the time used to fix the malfunctioning equipment, and was told that's part of working time. I was charged for a total of 1.25 hours because the Roto-Rooter plumber brought bad equipment to use, and had the nerves to tell me that I would be charged for time used to fix their junk equipment. I would not recommend Roto-Rooters.

Robert did a great job. Very nice, friendly, and professional. He knew exactly what he was doing. He was very careful to be neat and clean and cleaned up after the job. But most importantly he got my kitchen drain cleared from a massive clog. Thank you Robert and RR
