I do not recommend R.B. Travis. Their pricing is outrageous, and you won't find that out until you pay the 79 visit charge. I had a faucet that was dripping and a valve that wouldn't completely turn off. I asked for any ballpark pricing over the phone, specifically for a faucet swap with my parts or the valve swap. I was told no; a paid tech visit is required. I obliged and scheduled an appt 4 days out. It started with 8am-12pm, and was delayed 3 times, finally arriving at 4:30PM. It took the tech only a matter of seconds to quote me a whopping 393 to swap 2 valves hot/cold - a 15 parts & 30 min job. And to swap the faucet was another 363! I was looking at having this done for 4 bathrooms sinks if it was a reasonable price until he quoted me 2500. I've found much more affordable plumbing from other companies nearby. Beware!

I am so happy with this company! I was told by the water company that we were using about 1.5 gallons of water a minute!! We turned off our water over night but RB Travis Plumbing was able to come first thing the next morning. Nico arrived at 930am and worked so efficiently to find the leak and correct the problem. Jesse came and brought the tools they needed to cut into the concrete slab that was covering the piping. I am so relieved that the issue has been fixed! We have running water again! Thank you RB Travis Plumbing, Nico and Jesse for saving the day!

This was an insurance-driven issue to which the company was very responsive in scheduling a technician. Although he ended up being delayed at another project, Jose hung in with us into the evening hours, leaving only when the issues were resolved. I am impressed with the perseverance and trust that the solution will be lasting. I will certainly consider Travis as my go-to plumbing company in the future.
