I could not be happier with my experience with Barnett Plumbing. My technician's name is Ron. Ron was on-time, explained everything clearly, taught me some things I didn't know, wore booties and treated my home with respect, was prepared with everything needed to do the job, solved the problem efficiently and effectively, was kind-hearted, and even added a little touch of something unexpected that showed pride in workmanship and genuine care and concern. Ron even told me how much he admires and respect the owner of the company and how everyone in the company is treated. In summary, Ron exhibited the four qualities that I strive for in my life and in my interactions with others: humility, gratefulness, generosity, and a servant spirit. I highly recommend this company.

Barnett Plumbing has helped us out on a number of occasions over the years. We appreciate a thorough inspection, advice on possible solutions, and quality results. Barnett has given us that every time. Most recently they sent Matt to help us out with a loud banging in our pipes. Matt arrived in a timely manner, in good spirits, and ready to help out. He was very good at explaining the issue and providing solutions. When he left we felt he had treated us superbly and solved what we thought would be a potentially expensive problem with a very reasonably priced solution. We will be asking for Matt, when calling Barnett, in the future.
