Had an appointment set up for yesterday between 12 and 2, had not heard anything by 1:30 so called. Their other job was going longer so we ended up rescheduling for today. They called today, said they left a voice mail but phone is showing nothing. So no one showed up. When called around noon to see what was going on they said they had called and we're waiting to hear back. If you schedule a window of time the person is going to be there waiting for them. Most places call while they are on their way and don't wait for a reply. Two days of two hour blocks wasted waiting for them to show up. We are taking our business else where.
