I absolutely loved the service! I called three or four other places but these guys topped them all! They're incredible , courteous, highly skilled and got the job done faster than anticipated. I will definitely use them again if needed!!

455.00 charge for a 40 minute fix during business hours, was never informed of emergency charges or prices ahead of repair. Charged me an "emergency rate" because I told them I needed it fixed if they could get there to do it, could've easily kept going on down the list in the yellow pages and worked with a honest plumbing company. Brought a 2nd "tech" with who was normally an office administrator, she sat on a chair while the work was being performed. I was billed for 2 technicians. Wouldn't discuss via phone upon repeated requests to speak to someone in charge. Took advantage of a situation and ripped me off. What a great reputation to develop in Grand Rapids. Stay clear !!

Toilet was clogged and sink was draining very slowly. Called them and they had someone out that same day within 2 hours of me calling them. Very knowledgeable individual they had out at my place. Will certainly be using y'all again and recommending to family and friends!
