Plumbing services by Menards in Lawrence, Kansas

I went into the Menard's store about the middle of April. I am a disabled person and I always use the exit doors to go in because that is the end of the store where everything I buy is at. I understand that everyone is concerned about the Covid-19 stuff right now. But for Pete's Sake. I am, disabled. I was met at the door by an Employee, her name was Alexi, and told I would have to go back out the door and go to the other end and enter the store. Mind you there is no signage letting you know that is the case. She was very rude and seemed to get a strange sense of joy because she was able to BULLY a disabled person. Yes I am angry. When I got what I needed and was at the register one of the Assistant Managers came up to me and ask what the problem had been, when I told him of my experience he tried every way to explain it away. When I got to the register, Alexi and one of her Co-Workers were standing at the counter close to the registers and discussing what had happened and every time that Alexi said something to he Co-Worker they would both turn and look at me and laugh. This was not a very funny situation and I am very unhappy about what happened and I am never shopping there again.

They have everything but nothing at the same time. 5 out of the 6 things I went there looking for, they did not carry. Granted the items were a bit more specialized. If you're looking for common items and items not too far off that base, they'll probably have it and in a good selection. If you're attentive and willing to wander a bit, you can find good deals. Better yet, watch the item for a couple of weeks or months and you'll probably find an even better deal when it goes on sale or clearance. Clearance and dinged items are there to be found. Just have to look and have patience. Otherwise, the everyday prices are pretty good. Don't forget the mail in rebates, they're probably banking on customers not turning them. Who wants to wait on something that may or may not come back because a comma was left off a form somewhere...

Just talked to a clerk Named Anthony about a warranty problem and while I wasn't happy with the results Anthony carefully and respectfully repeated all the information several times. So, 5 stars Anthony, 1 for me adds.
