I called Blue Duck Plumbing to re-install a toilet. Although it wasn't an urgent issue, they had someone at my house that afternoon. Philip was incredibly kind and professional and took the time to make sure that the job was done right. He even put little booties on his shoes so he wouldn't get my floors dirty. Although I felt the prices were on the high side of average, he let me know all of the prices up front and then installed a new supply line and flapper for free. I'll definitely call Blue Duck Plumbing for any issue I have in the future.

We have used Blue Duck twice now. Both times they were very professional, polite and friendly. They did a great job pretty quickly. They kept the place clean while they worked, explained everything to me and answered all my questions happily. Showed up promptly and even let me know when they were on their way. I will definitely be contacting them next time I need a plumber!

Blue Duck was super! They were able to get to my plumbing emergency quickly. The plumber John was great. He explained things to me, and I was very comfortable with him in my home. In addition to the actual plumbing work, he cleaned up and left things very neat. Highly recommend!
