Ricky	This is another old school Supply house that is stuck in it's ways. Service is either excellent or terrible depending on their mood. Customer loyalty means squat. Point of sale systems that are new but function like they did in the 80's. If this place is still around in 10 years it's due to new management. They could learn a thing or two from Ferguson.
