Made an appointment for Plumbing Service to come out and unclog a slow drain, they never called, never showed up. I called to see if they were coming or not, the rude, smart mouthed customer service girl said no they were not coming, they had called and no one answered so they were not coming. I checked both my phones and there were no calls from this Plumbing Co. I told the girl I would leave a review for the company and she said "Great - Awesome!!" and hung up on me. Fortunately, there are many Plumbing Companies in the Irving area, so do not choose this one - they do not need your business and do not appreciate your business, unless, of course, you like no service and rude smart mouthed customer service girls.

We were beyond happy from this company. They responded immediately. The tech arrived the next morning as we had asked him to. He helped us fix our clogged drain and charged us a low price. Very great work.

I was calling from my work phone to see if this company could do some plumbing in my work office and a young lady hung up on me. I called back and the owner asked where I was calling from and I told him my company name. As I was about to ask did they do any commercial work, he tole me to go fk myself, called me a btch and hung up. This company is unprofessional, rude, and the owner shouldn't even be in business talking to customers this way. DO NOT GET ANY WORK DONE WITH THIS COMPANY! I called about this company and they DO NOT HAVE PROPER LICENSING so i'm sure they do not have insurance. Calling the Irving news outlet to see if I can make a complaint and find a way to have this company closed down for good. Disrespecting customers is a NO NO!
