One of the worst customer experiences ever. They were called by the warranty company due to a leaking water heater. Replaced it and things worked. Several months later the water quit working. At first the plumber refused to work on it & was rude to my wife. Then Without telling her, he went ahead and started working on it. It's in our shop out back so we didn't know he was still back there. Didn't diagnose anything just replaced one of two heating elements. Didn't bother waiting around to verify it fixed the problem, just left. When I called to tell him to tell him it wasn't fixed he was rude and arrogant on the phone. Told me the warranty company wouldn't allow him to come back out to fix it and it would be too expensive for him to come back out at his expense. Essentially told me I was on my own. I called another plumber who diagnosed the problem as a loose wire preventing the proper voltage getting to the water heater. Had it reconnected and properly fixed within 30 minutes. Would not recommend ever calling V's plumbing for plumbing work. It's truly a disservice because the office side/communication was actually very good. They just need to hire a competent plumber that is not rude to customers.
