I was dealing with a bathroom renovation nightmare whereby the shower fixtures were the wrong finish and since the shower valve had already been tiled over the only solution was to try and find the corresponding fixtures to match. The problem was that the previous owner picked valves that were exclusively manufactured in Italy for my Dallas condo! I only knew this because of Jamie at Ferguson Plumbing. They were the only ones who were able to figure that out. Jamie was honest in delivering some bad news, Ferguson could attempt to locate an American supplier to source the fixtures, but that could take months so it wasnt going to work for our timeline. Fortunately, Jamie had a thinking-outside-of-the-box solution: replating the fixtures to the correct finish, which I would have never known to even think of... Not only did they come up with the idea, they even referred to the exact place to do it! So, although they made 0 off me and could not help me directly, they still helped immensely by providing a solution! Most vendors, upon finding out they did not have a product that they could sell, would have said "Sorry we can't help you" and moved on, but not Ferguson. 5 Service - I'd be comfortable recommending Ferguson to anybody!
