When I called to inquire, they said that they were running late and wanted to reschedule for 3p. At 3:30p, no one had showed up and no one had called to let me know what was going on. I then called and asked to speak to a manager. When he called me back, I asked why didn't they call and let me know that they were running late either time. He said: "Sorry we're not perfect. You know what, were just not going to show up. How about that?"
