I needed a plumber quick, as i work in an Emergency Shelter setting, i looked up all 24/7 plumbing companies and a few answered but would take hours to get to us, Called Graf, gave them my information and was told the plumber would call me back. Victor called me back and was there quick, mind you we needed help In Portland area. Very professional on the phone and job was done quick. Very happy with the service and would recommend for anyone.
