The professionalism with this company began with the initial phone call. The female dispatcher was very courteous and knowledgeable about their process. One of the key points that sold me on their services is, they DO NOT charge you 125/hour just to come out to your home to find your leak; which wouldn't go towards your repairs such as another company Premium Plumbing. The guys actually arrived 3 hours prior to what was predicted. They fixed a leaking problem that a previous Roto Rooter plumber convinced us would cost several hundreds of dollars, and required a residential construction plumber; within minutes. Larry's plumbers were prompt, efficient, polite, and well acquainted with their job. Surprise bonus, they didn't just repair the leak; they cleaned and cleared the damage caused by the leak. Their dispatcher conducted a follow-up phone call the next day to assess their service and repairs; will definitely use this company again.

After another local plumbing company told us we had a broken pipe under our house and quit responding to us, we decided to call Larry's Plumbing for help. They sent Omar out to our house ASAP, and he was so kind, helpful, and professional. He had the issue fixed quickly and found the pipe was simply clogged. I highly recommend this company, and plan on using them for any future plumbing issues. They couldn't have been more helpful, and we appreciate it so much!
