As previously stated, integrity, or lack thereof is definitely an issue with this company. I was made several promises, gave over the earnest money on a Monday, and was asked to sign a contract; with my name spelled wrong, no mention of the earnest money, and other errors. After escalation, I was asked to come back in so that they could try to win me back as a customer. Went back on that following Friday, had to change the lot or pick a different floor plan, and was given other promises. Still no contract. I was asked to come back that following Monday, supposedly to sign the contract. However, when I arrived I was told that he was working on it, I was given a higher price as he stated that the prices increased the day before a Sunday, told to pay a lot premium, and other surprise costs. I would think that true efforts to gain/keep a customer would provide quality customer service, integrity, and some type of compensation for the errors on their behalf.
