Plumbing services by ACE/LEGER Wastewater Disposal System in Beaumont, Texas

I paid 225 for a service agreement that includes 3 visits to check for any maintenance needed and chlorine tablets, they've never came and when called 6 months into the year have excuses as being backed up or weather. When paid for a service, that service should be honored, since it was paid for- furthermore it's a requirement of the EPA that the maintenance be reported back to them, which makes me wonder if they're fudging reports to EPA. It should be timely and done correctly, for my system to be maintained properly, it needs to be looked at on the schedule I paid for it to be looked at. Not sometime, or when they can get to - it or every 6 months- is that how they'd like to be paid? Whenever I feel like it?

I have several systems that ACE services. Have been using them for several years. Very knowledgeable family-owned business. Service call outs on existing systems are resolved quickly. They provide full installs and service of existing systems. I switch ACE WASTEWATER because my prior Septic company was are charging me for parts and repairs that were not required.

This jerk has the Audacity to call my phone because one of THEIR alarms has been going off for 8 + hours and we have already notified them twice-he seemed shocked that it might bother the neighbors to hear a shrill alarm for that long and then do nothing about it. I will be filing a noise complaint for them since they are the only ones able to turn it off and refuse to do so.
