I called Rooter Man on a Friday when suddenly I was having a number of different plumbing issues in my house. Of course this occurs right before I'm about to have a house full of guests. They were able to get someone out within an hour with no additional rush charges incurred. They were able to address and fix my problems, and were very courteous in their service delivery. I appreciated them taking the time to explain what they were doing and what needed to be fixed, how it would be fixed and the costs associated with it. If I have an issue again in the future I will definitely call Rooter Man.

Eddie and Dean did a great job replacing pressure reduction valve that was causing my pipes to hum. Updated PRV, resoldered copper pipes, and cleaned up in under 2 hours. Even arrived at start of appointment window, and dealt with a giant yucca - nice!
