As the CEO/Interior design visionary for Davinci Interiors, I am very picky about the showrooms in which I choose to collaborate, I love working with this showroom. In particular, I adore working with my sales associate Jessica Garcia....I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional & a delight to work with...I am fortunate to have her expertise on all of my remodel & design projects.

The whole team at Ferguson was great during the selection process of our lighting fixtures, appliances, and plumbing fixtures, and the build of our new home. The selection team of Kaitlin, Derek McAdams, Roberto Hanson and the whole appliance install team was great! There were a few issues with warranty, and they were handled promptly and courteously. I am writing to sing the praises of my favorite team/duo at Ferguson, Jessica and Deana, who consistently have my back, make my job easier, never miss a beat or detail, and are overall stellar to work with. Jessica always responds promptly even on her long days when she's in back to back appointments. I know if I send her an email with “HOT” in the subject line, she's got me. I rarely leave her voice messages, so when I do so at 5pm, there's a good reason and she's quick to reply. A lot of people would think, “I'll call her back tomorrow”, but with Jessica, it's always today. Even through many edits and tweaks to bids - she never seems put off or exasperated. I always get nothing but positive tone and energy from her. Even without having met in person, I consider her an extension of our team. I know that she and Deana work closely, and though I have not had as much direct communication with Deana, I'm confident she's integral to this successful relationship. Thanks for making my experiences with you a home run time and time again!
