During their conversation, my wife attempted to communicate our need for assistance - and Mike Webb continued to dismiss our need for a plumber. Perceiving an attitude problem from Mr. Webb, she proceeded to thank him for his time and end the conversation. Mr Webb then accused her of being "too sensitive" - - - then he told her to "go to hell" - - and then - - - he hung up on her. We have since shared this experience with the local Hardware that recommended him. Embarrassed by this referral, they mentioned that they would no longer share his information with potential customers. So sad. This is not the way to do business. I really hope Mr Webb was having a bad day and this is not customary. I'm sure he wouldn't appreciate someone else talking to his wife like this!!! |
