Basically my compressor has gone out as of today for the third time, I've lost my food for the third time and when I've called Asurion I've consistently been told they have no record of my protection plan even though I have the receipt with the clear purchase. Today I went into the store and Lori in appliances was super helpful. She called on my behalf and I finally have a claim number at this point. All of the people in the customer services area were compassionate and helpful after I've received the run around multiple times. Lori went above and beyond to help me - hopefully I get somewhere this time. |
