Hit or miss on service quality. Came out to inspect a drainage issue last summer and did a great job. Had him look at a water pressure issue and he gave us a few options. Called him out this week to look at another issue and do one of the recommendations he made last summer. He double booked and didn't come the first day. He showed up today and said the drainage issue we are having now is from all the rain, but the issue has been ongoing from before the rain started. He contradicted the recommendation from last summer and said it wouldn't fix the pressure issue. He didn't have a gauge to check the pressure but said we could buy one at Lowe's. For the record, I have one in my toolbox in the garage and I have checked the pressure... that's why we called. I was at work when he came by or I wouldn't have paid the 50 he charged my wife. He did absolutely nothing but waste 2 days of my wife's time waiting for him to come by and not fix any of the issues.

Very knowledgeable and professional. Prices are very reasonable and my husband and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friend. We've had many plumbers in the 30 plus years we've been here and I can honestly say he is the best.
