Lousy Service , The customer service is horrendous. Absolutely no professionalism. The cs rep that answered my call, hung up on me the first time she was in the middle of a conversation talking to someone, I said "Hello" Click the line went out...... I triple check google to confirm that I was calling the right establishment I called a second time thinking the lines may have crossed, nope I got the right place, The same cs rep that answered the phone sounded as if she was annoyed that I interrupted her conversation that she was deeply engaged in her voice and demeanor over the phone the second time I called sounded like her rent was 5.00 a month. No couth. I refuse to pay 150.00 per HR for this type of unprofessionalism and service. Word to the wise, Jacob-Plumbing Co INC you Probably S-H-0-U-L-D Hire someone that is courteous, well mannered and has compassion and a SMILE in there voice to speak with Potential Future clients! Your losing revenue.

Called this morning at 8:30AM for someone to be sent out to fix our leaking toilet. I was told someone was on the way. It is currently 1:28PM and no one has yet to show up. I called at 11AM also to check how much longer it would be, and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. She didn't ask for my name, she did not give me a time estimate. And assured me that she's had MANY calls this morning. Not sure how many people could have possibly called before I did at 8:30AM, but I'm sure that should've put me somewhere near the top of the list. Very unreliable. Dissatisfied.
