After contacting them for an estimate to replace a water heater, we heard from Scott the next day and was able to come over on a Saturday. He quoted us a fair price and I was impressed by his explanation of the job. Also he stated how they planned to protect our carpets and floors when removing the old water heater. We called Monday to schedule the work and Scott was able to come that same afternoon. His work was efficient and thorough. When completed, he explained everything and answered all my questions. Even though their quote was a little more, I felt that Scott would do great work and he did. Will use them for all future plumbing needs!

I had a plumbing issue that required me to shut off the water to the house. I was able to reach WPP on a Sunday and they came out the next day on the early side of the promised window. The work was finished quickly and I was able to add another item to the list: in addition to replacing an old shower faucet they replaced the old water cut-off for the house. They left the site clean and completely fixed. Very pleased.
