Really like working with this company. Steve Base looked after some electrical work related to our new tankless water heater and was very nice, friendly and professional. He looked after the electrical hookup and noticing that one of my outdoor sockets was missing a cover, he just went ahead and repaired it. He also reset the temperature on the tank for me and took the time to ensure I understood how to do it myself. i will definitely use them again!

Rapid Repair installed a gas line, bonding line and electrical outlet for new gas stove. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, very thoughtful and helpful. The only change I would make is the process. I had the line installed on Friday which meant I was without a stove over the weekend as we had to wait for the city to inspect the gas line before completing installation. I highly recommend Rapid Repair Experts!

A day after our old heat pump compressor failed we called Rapid Repair to give us a quotation which was a fair price. The next day they installed the unit and we were back to our normal heat settings in the home. The salesman Lincoln explained our options and informed us of the new product options. The workers arrived on time and were courteious and got to work right away and finished by 4 pm. This is our second heat pump unit Rapid Repair has installed in the past year.and we are pleased with the quality of their work.
