Job well done. I called early Saturday morning. We had someone to our house within several hours. Professional service was received from the initial phone call and when the service technician came to our home. We had a problem with water leaking around the bottom of the toilet. The issue was fixed. I thought water was still leaking and called the service technician again. He came to our house the second time and troubleshooted the issue and resolved the extra water was from the first repair. The service technician did not leave until he was sure we were satisfied. I would recommend this company to anyone who has any plumbing problems. I will certainly call them again if I have any other problems. Thank you for the professional and wonderful service.

Charged me 150 for a problem they didn't fix and didn't come back to fix it or refund my money after I called to complain.

I am sorry that there are people who have reviewed and had a bad experience but I will tell you that these people were so incredibly nice and attentive, responsive, timely and filled with common sense. I had a leak at my water meter. The water company came out and said there is a leak but it is on the customer's side; I need to get a plumber. I called Affordable Plumbing. He Jerry was very nice and accommodating. He came out first thing in the morning and called me at work from the front yard to tell me there was a leak but it was on the city's side. He was so incredibly polite. He explained the issue to me and I called the water company. I have only great things to say about Affordable. And to Jerry -- thank you for the amazing customer service.
