On 1-10-2020 Justin & Brain installed my new water system. They were on time and installed the system it a timely manner. Installed in the best spot on back of my house as not to be in the way of anything with easy access to service system. They were very professional at what they did explained what they were doing. Cleaned up any material that they didn't use or any trash in yard. Justin & Brain then explained what they system does and how it worked to me in a manner that was plain and easy to understand, showed me how to mix the product. System has made my water taste better now I can get water from my tap and not a bottle. Thanks Guys

I was very impressed with this company's friendly staff and technicians. Amber was the first that my husband and I met who came and tested our water going over any questions we may have had as well as making it an enjoyable time. Brandon and Denny came and installed our equipment and they did a fantastic job. They were very polite and proactive. Amanda was the last person we saw and she helped with all additional questions we had as well as walked us through a step by step on how to order the rest of our shipments and the information for where to call for any further questions. We found the staff to be very dependable, passionate, enthusiastic, and confident in their abilities to represent and help us as well as represent a positive image for elite water.
