I must say that the service was spectacular! From the moment we spoke to the nice lady who made our appointment, to the moment when the two gentlemen that made the repairs. I'll recommend this business to anyone. The young lady told us they whould call us in 30 minutes and once the plumbers got here, they quoted tho job and got to work. The two plumbers were very professional and fixed even some previous bad work that was done by someone else. Great job, great people, great company!

Above and beyond! Called mid morning and they came later that afternoon. I was given a time range of 1-4pm. Received a call at 1pm that they would be at my house by 1:30pm and they were on time. Two gentlemen arrived, Richard and Tyler hope I spelled their names correctly. Both gentlemen were very professional and friendly and even cleaned up after themselves once the job was completed. They did not do anything more than I asked for without discussing it with me first and advising me of the cost. Richard was the one that fixed my tub faucet that needed to be replaced, but I couldn't get off due to severe corrosion. Being a paramedic, I appreciated him telling me everything he was going to do before doing it. He came across as very knowledgeable in his field and taking pride in his work. I will definitely use T.O. Plumbing again if I need a plumber, and hopefully Richard will be available. My parents have also used T.O. Plumbing and have been very satisfied with them as well. I definitely recommend this company!!!

I had to wait a hour I was only suppose to wait 30-45mins or so for the plumbers but they were really nice and professional. I'm not sure if I paid a good price but I really needed the work done so I paid for the service. So far the work done seems to be good. I will update this post if I have any issues.
