So got the trained experts out to site survey and they promised a bid or quote to install a Rinnai tankless water heater, and then a week later, DECLINED the job!! No explanation why and since they left very positive about how they'd do the job, I was confused. Not only did the previous plumbers overcharged me, additionally their work was sub-par. McKenzie plumbing had to fix their leaks and correct the pipe work. I am please with the technicians McKenzie plumbing sent to my home Mac and Mike. They are knowledgeable, friendly, professional and explained everything to me where I could understand the plumbing in my home. I had to replace all my old pipe work, upgraded 4 faucets, upgrade garbage disposal and installed 3 toilets.
