I just want to thank Woods Plumbing for the great service I received installing a new hot water heater. We had a few problems at firstdue to no fault of the companybut the way they were handled says a lot about your company. From dealing with Anne Marie in the office, and Chris who did a great job making sure the work was done right and finally Philip completing the job and providing great customer service. These guys are the real deal! My family and I recently moved to Fayetteville. We bought a beautiful older home 1961 and being an older home it has its issues. I first contacted them to evaluate some minor plumbing issues. They came right out and were able to fix those issues very promptly and for a reasonable price. They were professional and attentive to my needs. a few days after the first time they came out, I had to call again for a main line blockage my fault. Again they showed up quickly and cleared the blockage. within a week they were here yet again to fix a leak from my washer drain line in the crawl space that I had noticed when doing some work under the house. They show when scheduled ready to work. Phillip and Buddy are stand up guys and they are eager to help. Also being that I have had to deal with the office quite a bit I cant leave out Annmarie. She is helpful, courteous, and extremely friendly. If she says she will get back to you, she will. I will never use another plumbing contractor as long as I live here.
