If it is an after hours call, not only do you pay a high rate you also pay for their technicians drive time. When questioning their office about this it was explained to me that it is a department of labor law. I then asked if I am their employer. Also, their company disclosed they do not pay their guys overtime. I am not against paying increased pricing for after hours call, however, I do not believe in highway robbery prices to the community because Roto rooter wants to cheat their employees and the community to make a buck. I will never call this company again. I give them 2 stars due to them fixing the issue and I paid for the guy to go get parts after the office was thoroughly explained the issue, therefore, I feel the technician should have been prepared upon arrival. The problem was found prior to his arrival and majority of the time with the issue was spent due to him not being prepared. Should have taken an hour tops.

Quality service and fair pricing. I had a water leak in my garage and I called around to some reputable places. Some wanted 100 just to come take a look but Roto-Rooter said they would charge 80 and would apply that to the cost of repairs if I went with them so I did. They came out the next day and did a good job of trouble shooting the issue and found out that I had 2 leaks and repaired them both. Their pricing was fair and they did good work. Andre was very polite and courteous to my wife and did a good job of explaining the work and actually came in under the quoted price. He did a great job of repairing the leaks with minimal damage to the drywall. I took a star off only because their cleanup after the job was done wasn't great. There was a lot of dirt and mud on the washer he was standing on. Overall I am very pleased and will call them again if the need arises.

First let me start by saying Roto-Rooter was the best call I made! I had the pleasure of having Brandon and Will come out to fix my problem. They were honest and upfront on everything. I've had other contractors come out and try to charge me for services that weren't needed. Brandon and Will gave me all my options before any work was done. If I have ANY plumbing issues Roto-Rooter will be the first I call!
