I contacted Morris-Jenkins today after having complications with another contractor and the responsiveness was immediate and a technician was dispatched and arrived within 45 minutes of the call. In addition, the technician was thorough in the evaluation, recommendation and very pleasant. The overall customer experience for the initial visit with the evaluation, quote and conversation to ensure the details were provided to me were exceptional! Matt Baker was very polite, professional and walked through what I could expect on the day of service and installation. He was very detailed! Matt truly made my day! This company was highly recommended and I understand why...It is about the customer experience and Matt is definitely passionate about the customer experience and also upholds his employer in high regards. Thank you so much!!

Austin and Joey did a great job installing a new gas pack for me. They were done in no time at all. I was impressed with their team work! They worked seamlessly together with each knowing his role. It was a joy to watch. They even indulged me by taking a panel off the old unit so that I could take a picture. All in all, they were nice to have around. Thanks!!

i was having a kitchen/dishwasher drain issue that to be addressed as soon as possible this week. I was able to call and schedule appointment within a few hours! The scheduling service was prompt, very helpful and transparent. I was very kept well informed about who and my plumbing specialist would be and when he would arrive. Zach Jarvis specialist was highly professional, certainly went the extra mile to make sure my issue was addressed and provided recommendations on preventative and routine maintenance. He a was pleasure to work with! this was my first Morris Jenkins experience and I can easily say that I very pleased overall and would recommend! Thank you!
