Absolutely beautiful show room! My Parents and I both are doing some remodeling and upgrades to our homes over the next few months. My dad asked if I would like to go by this location and look around. I am so glad that we did. As soon as we walked in a beautiful young lady said hello and welcomed us. We did not have an appointment however she assured us it would be more than ok for us to take a look around. The show room was busy this afternoon but not so much that you could not enjoy looking around. What particularly stuck out to me were the beautiful selection of chandeliers. Although many of the beautiful Appliances, furnishings and fixtures were not within my budget the prices were well matched considering the Top of the line Quality inventory and down right Sexy appeal Of Everything! Details are everything and this store has it all!

My sales representative Amanda is who I worked with. We waited for the ordered item for 2 weeks instead of 2 days shipping. While our installer's also waited and asked. I called the store and the customer service rep then said she took my payment but never ordered the products. Completely unacceptable. Is this how you value your clients and there business ? When asked how we will be taken care of to re assure this wont happen again we were told overnight shipping was the only solution/favor they could extend. This is what we expected when we ordered the items. All of our future renovation business will be taken elsewhere.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience here, with a truly awesome assistant, Chelsea Canavan. She helped us pick out bath lighting, ceiling fans and garage coach lights. We loved the beautiful showroom with assistants all around the store to help. The greeter at the front entrance was also very helpful. They even served us soft drinks. We are going back for a longer appointment with Chelsea to finalize our choices. Oh, and Chelsea gave us a "picture book" of our preferences to take home. Great experience!
