I am so glad that I found Jim Dickerson Co. Their rates are phenomenal and their work is excellent. I had three situations that needed to be addressed: a badly, leaking bathtub faucet, a disposal that needed to be replaced as well as a kitchen faucet. Brandon listened to things I had discovered after being in my new home for two weeks and offered sensible suggestion. Brandon was very friendly and professional and did an excellent job taking care of all three issues. They are definitely on my "to call" list whenever I need excellent service. I am grateful to Duke Energy for referring them to me. My first contact was with Debbie and she was so pleasant and very helpful. Couldn't be happier with the people and the service! I've used Jim Dickerson a number of years and the service is always timely and professional. Technician Brian Boyce has serviced our HVAC units a number of times and is outstanding. He always takes time to thoroughly answer all the questions I have a and goes the extra steps to ensure proper service. His recommendations have saved me money several times... actions other companies and lesser technicians would not have done. I feel he always has my best interest at heart.
