James Perlmann	CAREFUL! This company is a scam. Additionally of people rudeness owner included they charged us for installation coming with a 7 years warranty which they refuse to honor starting year 2. Currently suing the company to make they respect their engagement. The Mitsubishi unit are great, but chosing this specific company for installation was a tremendous mistake. So many other people to pick from, would recommend to go anywhere else!
