Incompetent plumbers. They sent a guy to do the job who has a fear of being in small spaces. He left the building. Zero apologies or explanation from management. Wasted my entire morning. If I could give a big fat ZERO I would. Unfortunately google only allows for a 1. What a joke. DO NOT USE. Absolutely the worst customer service.

I'm giving two stars instead of one, because they did come on short notice when I could not get our usual plumber, BUT on the occasions I have used them, I have found them to be the most expensive of any plumbing company. This particular time, they repaired a frozen pipe. 6 months later, I realized they never reconnected the pipe to the outside hose bib. I called them back to correct this, and they sent me a bill that was ever bigger than the original bill! I assumed it was a mistake, so I called them, and they invented this excuse that they couldn't do the complete repair originally because it was an emergency repair and they didn't want to cost me more in overtime ?. They never indicated that any additional work would be required, and I didn't realize there was a problem until June when I tried to water the garden. I definitely do not recommend them. This is exactly the kind of rip-off style of doing business that gives New York small businesses a bad reputation. Avoid.
