I have had Discount Plumbers and ASAP Underground out to my property six different times during the time of sale process. These guys are honest, upfront with how extensive an issue may be, and take care working with 80 year old plumbing. This company is fast at getting techs out and those techs get the work done the first time. Rob, Brian, Mark, and John have all done work on floor drains, a laundry tub replacement, a water line leak, and a sewer main problem which required excavation. Through all the expense and process they were exceptional and tried to save us dollars where they could. They communicate well and work hard to teach you about the issue so you understand the choices you make. Since the work, no further issues have arisen from the things they fixed, repaired, or replaced. They made plumbing look like a great career choice! I have great respect for their knowledge base. I have recommended and will continue to recommend Discount Plumbers and ASAP Underground to neighbors and friends.

I cannot say enough good about Discount Plumbers & specifically, Jake. Originally, I had called Discount the day after Thanksgiving because my main drain was blocked & Roto RooterRR had come out & quoted me 300, which I found outrageous. Enter Jake from Discount Plumbers who shared my surprise about the previous quoted price. He walked me through what he would do & Discount Plumbers base price was significantly less than RR. More importantly, Jake was forthcoming about the work that needed to be done & pricing. He also listened & offered alternatives. I went on to have Discount Plumbers Jake do quite a bit more work for me and there were no surprises & Jake was on time, a great communicator, & cleaned up. He does amazing work. I'm compelled to tell women that Jake was very easy to have in my home. He listens & he respects the line between what needs to be done & what you can afford. I have recommended Jake/Discount Plumbers to three of my woman friends & I would recommend him/them to anyone who wants plumbing done professionally, clean, on time & with no surprises. We had a great experiencewe called on Sunday night and they were there early on Monday morning. Very communicative and prompt. Issue was fixed right away turned out to be a different issue than we first thought and was a god value. I'm a renter right now but plan on using this service for my future home. Thanks!
