These guys are awesome! I had the pleasure of talking with the owner Ray and he was able to help us out with a water right away! They were able to take our old one out and bring it to Home Depot so we could return it and they stayed with us as long as we needed. Everyone was professional and very nice! They have a good warranty policy as well. I highly suggest going with these guys. Thank you to Ray and your workers!

They responded immediately and got the whole process started within 2 hours of our call to the home appliance warranty company. They offered text messaging as an option for exchanging information which really helped to get the service call set up. Nate was awesome; helpful, knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and handled everything with the warranty company. The installers were great and we had a new water heater, including upgrades to our plumbing and gas in less than 24 hours after we initiated our claim.
