My husband I shop vac'ed the grossness out but we couldn't reach the clog. We called Hometown, we were told we just needed someone to come out and clean out the pipe. They called us within 15 minutes and had someone out before 5pm same day. The scheduler said she didn't have anything until after 5pm. We could pay a bit more or we could wait until the next day. With the snow storm coming we decided to pay the extra but they were able to have someone come before 5pm. Great service. I would recommend Hometown. Also, I asked prices before they came and they were more than happy to tell me and what it cost per hour and Doug answered my questions. He was professional and helpful.
