Jon came on time and was in contact leading to showing up. Walked my wife and me through what he was going to inspect, and then got it done. Jon was able to find the cause for my low water pressure and a few other minor fixes. He then gave me some options for resolving our biggest issue and will be in touch next week for next steps. Professional, great information, and no pressure to make purchasing decisions. Great job!

Josiah did an assessment of our bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room. Together we prioritized our items. He flushed our water heater, installed a new toilet and fixed our leaky kitchen sink all in a couple of hours. Love my new kitchen faucet. This is the second time we used American Eagle in Ham Lake. We are customers for life!

We did not have any hot water one morning. We knew our hot water heater was old. We found American Eagle online and it had great reviews so we called them and set up an appointment. Josiah was the plumber who came to help us. He is so professional, knowledgeable and kind! Not only did he get our new water heater installed that day, he was also able to do a new water softener the same day, which we also knew we needed since ours was old and had an issue with water going on the floor from time to time. It was also very comforting to us that Josiah checked venting, pipes and our water quality, and installed a bit of new copper piping where it was needed where it hooked to the hot water heater and water softener. We will definitely hire them for any future plumbing issues we encounter.
